  • 4 large Red Carrots
  • 1 medium Green Apple
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 1 hand full Baby Spinach
  • ½ inch Ginger

  • Wash all the ingredients and rinse them well.
  • Put all the washed ingredients into the smoothie maker.
  • Honey can be added as a natural sweetener if needed.
  • Pour in smoothie glasses and enjoy.
