HOW TO MAKE ZUCCHINI CHIPS
Today we have one of those recipes that anyone can make, because it only has one main ingredient, which is zucchini. It is a matter of cutting it, frying it and seasoning it. It is an ideal appetizer for any occasion, since it will take you 10 minutes to make these zucchini chips and with a good deep fryer you can make a large quantity.
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
- 1 zucchini
- Oil for frying
1) Cut the zucchini
We start by slicing the zucchini on the mandolin very thinly.
2) 2mm slices thickness

3) Frying the zucchini chips
We put plenty of oil to heat in a pan. When it is hot, we put the zucchini slices one by one and we do them until they are golden and crisp.
4) Eliminate excess fat
As they are made, we remove them to a plate with absorbent paper to remove the excess fat and put salt on top.
5) We have already finished the zucchini chips
