It is prepared with only 3 ingredients and basically consists of mixing them and waiting for them to cool in the fridge, with that I say it all. With this lemon mousse you will be able to be luxurious if you put it as the culmination of a meal with guests and you will not have to exert yourself at all. It will take you a few minutes to make it and the rest is to wait for it to set a little.
A mousse is a very simple and attractive dessert. You will give the impression of knowing a lot of pastries if you offer one as dessert at a family meal or with friends. The truth behind that is that you will have made an impressive dessert with very little effort.
INGREDIENTS FOR 6 PEOPLE
- 500 g of plain Greek yogurt
- 390 g of condensed milk
- The juice of 2 lemons
1) Prepare the lemon juice
To prepare this lemon mousse, the first thing we have to do is squeeze the juice of 2 lemons well.
2) Mix the yogurts with the condensed milk
Next, we pour 4 yogurts into a bowl (which are approximately 500 g) and add the condensed milk, to mix both things.
3) Add the strained juice
Once we have mixed the yogurt and condensed milk, we add the lemon juice through a strainer, so that neither pulp nor seeds fall out. We drain the juice that is left in the strainer well, crushing it with a spoon.
4) Mix well and place in the containers
We mix well and we are filling some glasses or bowls with the lemon mousse. Then we put the glasses in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.
5) After the curdling time we decorate the desserts
After that time, we take the glasses out of the freezer and we can decorate them as we want. I have opted for a little grated lemon peel and some mint leaves to add color.
